Our strength is dependent on the vitality and ability of our members in achieving the goals of Zonta International.

The committee recruits and retains members, ensures new members are made to feel welcome and well-informed about club activities. It hosts social gatherings for new members, sends acknowledgements in time of sickness or bereavement and maintains member classifications. The committee also acknowledges birthdays and organizes the social Christmas function.
